The Best Moisturizers for Oily Skin, Dry Skin, and Acne Prone Visages

Discover the best moisturizers for every skin type including the best moisturizer for dry skin, oily, and blemish prone faces.

Of the tens of thousands of different moisturizers on the market today, how could one ever choose the absolute best?

Every woman has different skin, and thus she will find that there is a top product for every skin type. Dry skin, sensitive skin, acne prone skin, oily skin, fair skin, ashy skin...

Fortunately, with all of the options available comes tremendous opportunity for finding the best choice for your face. Some moisturizers are very inexpensive, and others can be quite costly.

Whatever your budget, you want to find one that is light, hydrating, and won’t clog your pores. SPF is definitely a plus!

At the moment, I have four moisturizers on my vanity that I use several times per week depending on my preference.

I love each of them for different reasons, and have found that some of the best are a quarter the price of a more well known brand.

Moisturizer for Sensitive Skin

My absolute favorite is Boots Expert Hydrating Cream a inexpensive brand that I found by accident. The cream is very light and hypoallergenic, making it great for my acne prone fair skin.

I wear this product during the day and at night because I don’t have to worry about clogged pores.

The next moisturizer in my collection is also a inexpensive brand, Clean and Clear Dual Action.

This moisturizer contains salicylic acid to clear acne, but hydrates as well to keep my skin from drying out. I wear it nightly to keep the pimples at bay.
My most appreciated is Mary Kay TimeWise Age Fighting Moisturizer

The formula is a little thicker than the Boots, so I tend to use it more during the summertime and dead of winter when the risk of dry skin is high. It is oil and fragrance free and feels very smooth on my face.

Though I have found some really nice inexpensive options, my last moisturizer is a department store brand. Thankfully you can find it cheaper online.

Don't worry, I'll link you!

Clinique Moisture Surge gets top billing here. It is one of my all time favorites, although it is a bit pricier at up to 35 dollars a for the bigger ones. (This and the rest of the Best Moisturizers are cheaper here. Shhhh.) It comes as a light pink formula that is a strange but delightful combination of cream and gel.

This moisturizer has a nice scent to it, and is extremely lightweight. I use it under my makeup often because it won’t cause my foundation to slide off.

Top Makeup Companies' Best Moisturizers

The top companies' in the world also make Moisturizers, these are to top of the heap, but also cost a bit more than the ones I use.

I have had the luxury of owning one or two and I save them for special occasions when I need to look my absolute best. But if you don't mind spending a little more, these are the BEST that the industry has to offer.
